Orcharmstead grows high-value cash crops on land you already own. Our Agri Experts plan the crop, run the field, and sell the harvest. You share the revenue, and you keep your land.
Landowners, farmers and produce buyers want different things. Pick the door that fits you.
For landowners
I own farmland but I do not farm it
Your land is sitting idle or on a small lease. We farm it properly, send you a report every month, and pay you a share of what it sells for.
For farmers
I farm my own land
Move to higher-value crops with an Agri Expert beside you, protected cultivation if it suits your land, help with the subsidy file, and a buyer lined up before you sow.
For produce buyers
I buy fruit and vegetables
Planned supply, grown to your specification, graded and traceable to the farm block it came from.
What we do
One team, from soil to sale
Most farming problems are not farming problems. They are gaps between steps. We cover every step, so there are no gaps.
01
Consulting
Not ready for a full contract? Start with a paid land and crop assessment and decide afterwards.
02
Agri Experts
Qualified Agri Experts who visit your field on a fixed schedule and leave a written record every time.
03
Cash Crops
We grow high-value crops chosen for your soil, your water and the buyers near you.
04
Polyhouse Farming
Design, costing, subsidy file, construction and commissioning, handled as one project.
05
Subsidy Support
We prepare and follow up the government scheme application for eligible infrastructure.
06
Selling Support
Grading, packing, buyer coordination and payment. Your produce does not sit waiting for a trader.
07
Resale Value
A farm that is documented, productive and well kept is worth more when you decide to sell.
Not sure where to start?
A 20-minute call with an Agri Expert tells you which door fits your land.
A numbered process makes an unfamiliar model easy to follow. Every step is written into your agreement.
Assess
We visit your land and check soil, water, access and what the market nearby wants.
1
Plan
We pick the crop, the growing method and the budget, and share a written plan.
2
Agree
A clear written agreement: who does what, who pays what, how revenue is shared, how either side exits.
3
Grow
Our team runs the field: inputs, irrigation, labour, crop protection, monitoring.

Sell
We grade, pack and sell to our buyer network, and keep the records.

Revenue share
You get the bigger share, and you can see the working
When the crop is sold, the agreed costs are taken out first. What is left is the distributable revenue. You receive the larger share of it and we receive the smaller share, in the proportion written into your agreement.
We share the same outcome you do. If the farm does badly, we earn less.
Only deductions written into your agreement are ever taken.
Every sale comes with weight, grade and price records.
Real farms, real numbers. Each story shows what the land was before, what we did, and what came out of it.

Our Agri Experts
The people who will actually be on your farm
Every farm we manage is assigned a named Agri Expert. They visit on a fixed schedule, and they leave a written record of every visit. You can call yours directly.
Farming income depends on yield and on price, and both move.
We do not promise a particular yield.
We plan for a range and we tell you the range.
We do not promise that a subsidy will be approved.
We prepare the file properly and follow it up. The department decides.
We do not promise that one crop suits every piece of land.
If your land is not suitable, we will say so.
We do not take any deduction that is not written in your agreement.
Fit
We are probably not the right fit if…
Your holding is smaller than 2 acres.
There is no assured water source and no way to create one.
The title is disputed or the revenue records are unclear.
You need income in the first few months. Crops take time.
You are not able to commit for at least one full crop cycle.
Not sure? Tell us about your land and we will say honestly whether it fits.
Free land check
Start with a free land check
Tell us where your land is and how big it is. We will tell you honestly whether it suits contract farming, and which crops are worth considering. No cost, no obligation.
